As in previous years, these championships are being held in conjunction with the NECAA pentathlon championships and will take place on Saturday 21st September 2024. Entries cost £15.40 and entries can be made via the NEMAA shop or using the link on the track and field page.

The NEMAA 5,000/10,000m track championships take place within the NEMAA/NECAA pentathlon on September 21st at Monkton Stadium. The 5,000m event is for MO65+ and all female athletes, while the 10,000m champs is for M35-64 men plus female athletes; this race has a strict cut-off of one hour.
All entries can be made via our shop Entries are now open for the NEMAA Open Throws Pentathlon on 7th September, to be held at Monkton Stadium. Entries will be limited to 40 athletes to allow for a high quality competition, and entries can be made via the link on the Track & Field page, or via Roster Athletics
Full details of this event can be found on the Tynedale AC website - remember to get your entries in early, as late entries won't be included in the NEMAA Champpionships
