- Members are instructed to follow track & field safety rules at all times during all our track & field fixtures at Monkton Stadium.
- Spectators are NOT ALLOWED on the inside of the track.
- Competitors and officials waiting to take part in their next specific field event are the only ones allowed on the inside of the track.
- Competitors and officials should always be aware when throwing events are taking place - especially near the long jump and triple jump runways.
- Competitors should NEVER TAKE A SHORT CUT ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE FIELD to the start of their race.
