The NEMAA 5,000/10,000m track championships take place within the NEMAA/NECAA pentathlon on September 21st at Monkton Stadium. The 5,000m event is for MO65+ and all female athletes, while the 10,000m champs is for M35-64 men plus female athletes; this race has a strict cut-off of one hour.

I am a 55 vet who is a member of Doncaster Athletics Club and Northern Masters. I would like to compete in your 10000m track champs on the 21st September. Am I allowed to enter as a guest or do you need to be a member of NEMAA?
