Last weekend's BMAF Road 5k Championships saw NEMAA athletes win medals in three categories. Alexis Dodd (W35) and Carolyn Gale (W70) both won silver medals, whilst David Nicholson gained a bronze in the M65 category. Well done to everyone who competed in what were rather "blustery" conditions!
