They&nbsp;have 100 entries which they&nbsp;have allocated as follows:<br /><span></span><ul><li>NECAA Championship Runners: Men Sub 31:30 for 10K or sub 15:20 for 5K, in the<br />past 24 months: 25 places, fastest runners take priority.</li><li>NECAA Championship Runners: Women: Sub 38:30 10K or sub19:00 5K, in the past<br />24 months: 25 places, fastest runners take priority.</li><li>NECAA Club Runners: Men: Who have run 50 mins of faster for 10K, in the past 24<br />months, on a first come first served basis.</li><li>NECAA Club Runners: Women: Who have run 55 mins or faster for 10K, in the past<br />24 months, on a first come first served basis.</li><li>In addition, we can nominate Elite runners who have achieved the following times:</li><li>Elite Men: Sub 30:30 10K or 14:45 5K, for a free entry.</li><li>Elite Women: Sub 36.00 10K or 18:00 5K, for a free entry.</li></ul>Conditions: Please use <span style="color:#0000ff"><strong><a href="https://forms.gle/ADc49KPZ7Nspqszk7">this link</a></strong></span> to submit your entry, indicating which category you are applying for and the race organisers will check your times against Power of Ten. Those that qualify and have been allocated an entry will be sent entry details by the race organisers and at this point you will pay your entry fee, unless you are an elite athlete.<br />We have done our best to both improve the strength and depth of the NECAA Championships whilst trying to be fair and inclusive to club members more widely. Leading the way were the North Shields Poly athletes, who finished top of the standings with an outstanding haul of 10 gold, four silver and one bronze medal.A number of new North Ea [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="paragraph"><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">North Shields Poly Masters topped the medal table at the Scottish Masters Indoor Championships in Glasgow at the weekend, capping a strong showing from athletes across the North East.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Competitors from several regional clubs made the trip north, producing a host of impressive performances throughout the championships. Leading the way were the North Shields Poly athletes, who finished top of the standings with an outstanding haul of 10 gold, four silver and one bronze medal.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">A number of new North East Indoor All Time records were also set , by Hazel Bough (1500m), Karen Storey (60m), Lee Elder (800m), Lloyd Powell (HJ), Ian Richardson (60m), Andrew Webb (60mh), Steve Dodds (400m), and Stuart Lynn (200m and 400m).
