This is an entry for the NEMAA Road Relay Championships, taking place at Bedeswell Park, Hebburn on 1st May. Cost of entry is £15 per team (total will be shown once number of teams are selected).

There are two races:-

6.30pm Race 1 - women 35+ and O65 men.

7.15pm (approx) Race 2 - Men 35-64.

Race 1 - awards for first three teams in the following age groups:- F35-44, F45-54, F55+, and M65+

Race 2 - awards for the first three teams in M35-44, M45-54 and M55-64 categories.

Pre-declaration of teams strongly encouraged (with changes allowed on the night).
