NECAA Senior XC Relay Champs Entry Form

    Tick the box for all the age groups you are entering an A team for
    Put a tick against any B teams you wish to submit (first come, first served)
    B teams will be notified ASAP after the closing date, no later than 5pm on 8th Jan. A payment link will be sent with your notification, and payment must be made before declaration closing time Jan 14th 7pm.
    READ THE FOLLOWING INFO CAREFULLY
    When you click the submit button below, you will be taken to a payment page, where you can pay by credit or debit card. Tick the A teams you wish to enter, then click on the Buy Now button. DO NOT CHANGE THE QUANTITY AT THE BOTTOM - LEAVE IT AS 1. You will then be given the total payable (at £15.40 per team, or £20.60 for Senior men) and asked to provide your card details. B teams will be paid for at a later date, if accepted.
