Entry fees are £5.65 for your first event, with each extra event costing £2.00

There is a separate entry for the Open Mile
If you have competed in the NEMAA T&F league in 2023, this will also be your bib number for the championships, so please remember to bring your numbers with you. Anyone who has not previously competed this year can collect their number from (or near to) the announcer's box on the day of competition. All athletes should register their arrival (also near announcer's box)
Masters from other area clubs are welcome to enter as guests (£1.50 surcharge)
