New Member Application

Application for membership of NEMAA (£15.60 per year). You must be aged 35 years or above, live or were born in one of the North East Counties, and already be a member of a UK affiliated club. Membership entitles you to participate in a number of championship events, either organised directly by NEMAA or as part of another club's event.
You will also be eligible to take part in the NEMAA T&F league, which is only available for members.

Before beginning to fill in this form, please note that you will need a photo or scan of your passport or birth certificate (driving licence is NOT acceptable). The documents can be submitted by post if necessary (see below)
