Final changes to declarations to be made at venue using paper forms (online entry closed)
Please note the following rules before declaring your team:-
Please complete one form for each team you wish to pre-declare. All declarations must be received before the start of the race in question.
- A runner can only drop down to a lower age group if there are insufficient runners in that age group to make up a team, and doing so does not split up an existing age group team.
- The age group of a team will be the age group of the youngest member of that team.
- All runners actual age groups should be recorded on the team declaration form.
- Mixed or composite teams other than those described above are not permitted.
- A runner’s individual performance will only be recognised if they compete in a race containing their age group.
- If there is a natural age group team in your club, you don't need to pre-declare (but you can if you want to!)
- If there is no natural age group team in your club and you do not pre-declare, you will NOT be included in the team scores, even if you have a composite age group team.

Your team selection will appear in the spreadsheet below - if you want to change your selection or you've made a mistake, just click on the link above and resubmit. The most recent submission will be used as your team declaration. If you have difficulties with the Google form, please email [email protected] Paper declaration forms will be available on the day for any late changes, but these must be submitted before the start of the race. Composite age group teams will not count if they are not pre-declared.
