Thank you for your entries, PLEASE READ THE COVID INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROSPECTUS CAREFULLY – in particular ARRIVE - REGISTER - RACE - LEAVE
England Athletics COVID-19 secure guidelines are in place. Everyone please adhere.
ON THE DAY: Directions (DH6 3LY) and parking – old tarmac road within the farm area. From the (A1) west go round the Old Thornley roundabout, heading west again take the second entrance on the left, approx. 600m. From the east (A19) as above after the roundabout. No right turns on or onto A181 (arriving and leaving). On leaving a one-way system is in operation, exit via the 1st entrance to the farm from the roundabout (no right turn onto the A181).
No Spectators (policy for license approval) at the start, on the course and at the finish. If waiting for your event there is restricted viewing of the course on the farm track at the top of the hill – Social Distancing Must Be Adhered To. Club DQ may be imposed
TEAM MANAGERS (face masks on) Collect club number race pack for all categories from the farm social area. Athletes to provide their own 4 pins. Team managers ideally bring Club Banner Pennants and place them beside your car. Warm up/down (pylon field)
IMMEDIATE PRE-RACE ARRANGEMENTS: Leg 1, 2 and 3 (and 4) runners` entry to the course will be staggered from the holding area (at the top of the hill beside the farm). RUNNERS READY TO RACE (spikes on + other item of clothing to be left in the START holding pen

Please note as this is a championship only one set of medals can be won by a club in each age group
