Entry fee is £6 (£7.50 for out of area masters clubs and non-NEMAA members)

This is an entry for the NEMAA Track 10,000m or 5,000m* Championships (*inc the M65+ Eric Appleby Trophy).

Entry details:-

M35-M64 - 10,000m*

M65+ and Women - 5,000m (This race incorporates the Eric Appleby Trophy for M65+)

*Women may compete in the 10,000m but there will be a 1 hour cut-off.

Both events will take place within the NEMAA Throws Pentathlon at Monkton Stadium on Saturday 19th September - final timetable TBC but first event will be 12pm.

Bib numbers will be available to be collected from the announcer's box on the day of competition.

Club vests must be worn, and shoes must be checked to ensure they meet the latest legal shoe requirements (Check HERE for latest update)

Start lists will be available on Roster shortly after entries received
