Tonight's match (Mon 2nd Aug)

Morning all! Hope you're all looking forward to another lovely evening of athletics. Please note the earlier start time of 6pm for the Hammer B and Javelin A throws. Also we have HUGE numbers for the long jump (49 of you!!!), so we are having to limit your jumps to 2 each, or we'll be there until 10pm! Also, if possible, the event may be started a little earlier than advertised, so please be alert for any announcements tonight.

Your throw may have been moved to a B group if you didn't meet the required standard this year - please check the online lists carefully. Don't ask the officials to be added to the A list if you're not already on there - if you have any issues with your event assignment, please either come and see me at the match or email me today.
