Entries close at midnight February 26th for the Lee Valley-based masters open events, alongside the BMAF Pentathlon and 3000m Championships. These events take place on March 11th, and open events are available for all masters across a variety of distances and field events, although several events are now sold out and the remaining events have limited places. The Inter-Area Cross Country is taking place on 4th March at Lloyds Park, Croydon - entries close on 2nd March, details HERE.

Finally, the BMAF XC Championships, hosted by Heaton at the Rising Sun Sports Ground already has almost 170 entries from clubs all over the country - don't miss your chance to win a BMAF medal on home ground.
