IMPORTANT - T&F Match update for May 17th

Two important bits of information to pass on to you all regarding the NEMAA Track & Field meeting on Monday 17th May. The first is that I'd like all participating athletes to read this page carefully as it contains essential information for a safe meeting. It also has times for each heat which you'll need to look at, as you won't be allowed into the stadium until ten minutes or so before your heat time - all warm ups must be done on the outside track. Field eventers can go in half an hour before your event time to warm up.

I'm also sorry to say that NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED. I realise that this will be disappointing to some of you, but hopefully it'll just be in place for this first match, while we all find our feet coping with Covid restrictions.

The second important item I need to bring to your attention is that unfortunately the cage at Monkton has failed its safety inspection, and we are unable to hold a hammer or weight event. We could substitute shot, and I'll be contacting all athletes who have entered these events, to give them the option of changing disciplines or getting a refund. I'm so sorry about this but it's totally out of our control.
