Remember, if you've asked for a membership renewal reminder, you'll be getting an email at the end of November with an easy to pay invoice - check your spam folders at the beginning of December if you don't receive one!

All NEMAA athletes will soon be invited to express interest in competing as part of a NEMAA inter-area indoor team at Lee Valley, London. Provisional timetable and Application Form will be available soon. (hurdles slightly different to last year)Also 1500m will be the longest track distance.
Please be aware that M35 and W35 age groups are for ages 35 - 49 and that older age groups have fewer events.To register your interest, a £20 deposit (refundable if you compete on the day, or if not selected) will be requested by invoice on completion of  application form which will be available soon. THIS FORM

As I'm sure most of you are aware, NEMAA have some amazing world record holders amongst our members. One of them, Kathleen Stewart, holder of the W85 400m record, has been nominated as female masters athlete of the year.
