Yesterday the weather gods smiled favourably on us again, and it was a very sunny (but breezy!) day for our annual T&F Championships. There were some great performances (including championship bests, tbc) and lots of medals were dished out yesterday by our team of Ron Stewart and Steve Winter. Thanks to all the officials who were out there in the blazing sun for hours on end, and of course to our athletes for their entries and participation!
Apologies for those who won medals in the weight competition - we were under time pressure to get out of the stadium due to another event following on from ours, so had to clear up before the event had fully completed. Anyone needing a medal can collect one from me at any of the remaining league matches, or if you're unlikely to be at one of those, drop me a line at [email protected] and we'll sort something out!
