Notes from the host club.
* Strictly no dogs are allowed on the school fields. The common land outside of the school is fine.
* Parking must not be on any of the grassed areas and only in designated parking bays (we may marshal this in the day)
Attendees are not able to use the Acorn Centre indoor facilities for changing/toilets unfortunately. There is an external toilet and we will provide portaloos as per above. It's advised that if large groups from clubs are in attendance that they bring tents. There is an area designated for this.
* We would encourage car sharing where possible as the car park can fill up depending if there are any other community events on that day. We must respect the local neighbourhood too in terms of parking.....I will try and find an area locally that people could park and walk/jog in if needed.

TEAM SELECTION - IMPORTANT NOTE. IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST THREE ATHLETES IN THE SAME AGE GROUP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DECLARE, AS THE FASTEST THREE WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORM A TEAM.
Full rules and pre-declaration forms for composite age teams will be available at race HQ. All declarations must be received before the start of the race. The entry lists will be sorted into age categories and club groups, so you can easily see who else has entered from your own club and decide on any teams you wish to submit.
Please note the following rules before declaring your team:-
Please complete one form for each team you wish to pre-declare. All declarations must be received before the start of the race in question.
Remember all declarations must be received BEFORE the start of the race.
MPORTANT NOTE:- You cannot override a natural age group team if one exists in your team. Please read the rules carefully on the declaration form (also shown above) before making your submission.
Please note the following rules before declaring your team:-
- A runner can only drop down to a lower age group if there are insufficient runners in that age group to make up a team, and doing so does not split up an existing age group team.
- The age group of a team will be the age group of the youngest member of that team.
- All runners actual age groups should be recorded on the team declaration form.
- Mixed or composite teams other than those described above are not permitted.
- A runner’s individual performance will only be recognised if they compete in a race containing their age group.
- If there is no natural age group team in your club and you do not pre-declare, you will NOT be included in the team scores, even if you have a composite age group team.
