The NEMAA Championships take place at Monkton Stadium on Saturday 21st June - closing date for entries 17th June. Entry is limited to NEMAA members only, though we welcome guests from other area masters clubs (small surcharge for non-NEMAA members). Entries can be made either via the link below or directly through Roster.
Entry fees:- £6 for first event, £2.00 for each extra event entered. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
Field athletes will get three attempts at throws and jumps, with those athletes who meet the age group standard being offered another three attempts. Please note that the timetable shown below is just a guide - be sure to listen out for announcements on the day so you don't miss any of your events. Club vests must be worn, and if you have entered the NEMAA league this year, please use the same bib numbers for this competition.

We are using Roster Athletics to process results on the day this year. You can view your entries by typing NEMAA into the search box on Roster Athletics - here is the direct link to the champs
If you enter your name in the search box you can see exactly what events you've been entered for - please contact me ASAP if something has been missed or is wrong! This link will also be used for start lists and results on the day - if you click on the schedule/start lists heading and then choose an event (e.g. 100m), you'll see the following screen displaying the current start list for the event:-

You'll see there's a choice of viewing either the start list or results - the results will be available to view shortly after each event has taken place. You can also download the Roster Athletics App from either the Apple Store or Google Play - this is an easier way to view proceedings on your phone, and you can "follow" the NEMAA meeting so it is easy to find on the day, it will then show in the My Meetings heading of the app. You'll be able to easily view start times for each event as well as the start lists and results, plus there's a feed where you can follow any updates on the day.

PARKING
If other events are on at the stadium on the same day, the overflow carpark at Lukes Lane may be open - the postcode for there is NE31 2AE. If possible, use public transport or car share to ease the pressure on the venue. Please also consider parking along the sides of York Avenue (B1516), there are usually loads of bays at each side of the road, it's free, and the 5 minute walk to the stadium will get you lovely and warmed up for your event!

NB If you are entering any track races, please check your shoes on this page as we have had a number of disqualifications in recent matches due to banned shoes being worn. Don't get caught out!
