Race 1 at 11:00 ---- WOMEN 35+ and MEN 65+ 5k
Race 2 at 12:00 ---- MEN 35/40/45/50/55/60 - 64 10k

NOTE RACE 2 includes women's 10k within the main race, with a stated cut off time of 60 minutes.
NEMAA Championship awards to the first three individuals in each 5 year age group.
This is a Championship OPEN to all Masters who are members of a UKA affiliated club.
Entry fee for paid up NEMAA members - £6; non members £7.50.
