IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATHLETES
With the lifting of covid restrictions there will be a slight change in how the meetings will run. Athletes may now warm up on the track subject to space being available (please use the back straight where practicable). We WILL still be using the Call-room/holding area which will be in the usual place adjacent to the 100m start. We suggest that Track athletes leave their blocks near their appropriate start area and Field athletes leave the equipment near their event site .
ALL ATHLETES MUST REPORT TO THE CALL/HOLDING AREA at the time stated. Anyone who does not report in time or does not report at all, WILL not be allowed to participate in the event! (you cannot just turn up at the start line, at the start time) and similar for field events.
This is a vital part of the process that helps keep the meeting to time, we have limited timeslots and tight timetables for each of the 6 meetings.
Each track event (excluding hurdles) will have a limit of 100 participants on a first come basis. Any entries after the 100 limit has been reached, will be added to the reserve list. If an event has less entries than an event which is oversubscribed, then they may have additional heat (s) added, at the Meeting Managers discretion.
